Terms of Use

These terms cover hirantha.me Markets at https://hirantha.me/store, run by Hirantha Sandaruwan Lakshan ("we", "us"). By using it you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. What it is

hirantha.me Markets is a members' market workspace. Members (who sign in and pay; see the Membership, Payment and Refund Terms) get:

a market workspace with live charts, the support and resistance levels the desk watches, analysis for each pair and their own watchlist
the desk's view of each coin
live prices and market movers
upcoming economic events

It is for learning and for following the market. Much of the analysis is produced with the help of AI.

2. What it is not

Not financial advice. The levels and views are the desk's own, published for learning. They are not a recommendation to you to buy, sell or hold anything, and they don't take your money, goals or situation into account. Your decisions are your own.
Not a broker, exchange or wallet. We don't place trades, hold money or crypto-assets, or connect to any exchange account. We will never ask for your passwords, API keys or wallet details.
Not licensed. We are not licensed or registered as an investment adviser, broker or dealer by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or any other regulator.
Not paid by exchanges. We are not paid by any exchange or token project to mention it.

3. Using it

You must be at least 18.
You are responsible for making sure that following markets, and any trading you do, is lawful where you live. In Sri Lanka, crypto-assets are not legal tender and are not regulated by the Central Bank. See the Risk Disclosure.
Your account is for you alone: don't share it or the members' pages, and keep your Google sign-in secure.
Don't copy the service in bulk (scraping), overload it, or republish its content as your own or as advice from us.

4. Information we show

Prices, charts, news and calendars come from third parties (such as Binance market data, news outlets and Forex Factory). They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important at its source.
Analysis is opinion about uncertain events and is often wrong.

5. Our content

The design, software, text and reports belong to us. You may read them, link to them and quote a short part with credit. Please don't copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", with no promise of accuracy or results, and we are not responsible for any trading or investment loss or any decision you make using it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law.

7. Changes

We may change or end the service, and update these terms. Important changes to the terms are announced here at least 14 days before they apply.

8. Law and contact
